WTF are the GRAILED and what's a G-TAG?
The Grailed is the PFP Collection of 10KTF directly connected to Otherside. Still speculation, but check the proof below.
There are seven different characters. Each character belongs to a certain kind of Otherdeed environment.

From Genesis items to the PFPs
Each Genesis item, the first ever 10KTF items, awarded G-Tags in accordance with its rarity.

Genesis Recycling is not available anymore!
The Conversion
After several weeks of trading you’ve been able to
convert your ERC-1155 G-Tag
into a unique ERC-721 token.
Conversion is still live! After the loading period all remaining 1155s will get converted automatically.
The Bounties
By participating in 'Bounties,' you've earned Popcorn. Each bounty yielded one of the 7 distinct popcorn types, corresponding to a specific character faction.

Fusing and Loading
You can fuse G-tags to reach a higher base rarity for your PFP. This rarity can be compared
to the items rarity. Common, Uncommon, Rare & Epic.
You have the option to load popcorn onto your G-tag. The type and quantity of popcorn you choose will determine the faction of your pfp along with the traits.
On top of the popcorn, holders of tools also earned 'Bells,' which can be loaded onto a G-Tag as well to unlock the 'Tomo' trait.
